Florence - Italy, Friday & Saturday, October 2-3, 2009
We are delighted to invite you to Florence, Italy to attend the 13th meeting of the UIA World Forum of Mediation Centres. The programme is now available online on www.uianet.org
The Forum was created in 2001 by the Mediation Commission of the UIA. It brings together the most important commercial mediation and ADR centres from around the world and offers an occasion to exchange views on the development of ADR and best practices. It is also an occasion for centres to collaborate on specific programmes.
This meeting is, more than ever, dedicated to the future of mediation. What is its future? What are the new inputs of psychology to better help the parties in mediation and co-mediation? How to overcome the reluctance to mediation and draft efficient ADR clauses?
The Forum is a two day event (Friday & Saturday, October 2-3, 2009), and in the best UIA tradition, participants are offered the opportunity to get together the evening of the day before (Thursday, October 1, 2009) for a welcome drink.
The working language will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
The seminar will allow participants to establish new valuable contacts as well as to visit and discover Florence.
Join us in Florence: we look forward to welcoming you there!
